Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 AUD applies.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express or an equivalent courier service. Delivery times generally range from 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Overseas Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to New Zealand, the USA, North America, and other selected international destinations.

New Zealand: Flat rate of $30 AUD — any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer

USA & North America: Flat rate of $50 AUD — all taxes and import duties are paid by the sender

Other International Orders: Flat rate of $50 AUD — any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 7–21 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.
