Elite XL Fly Reel – 1 Year Warranty

Thank you for choosing a DNA Fishing Tackle Elite XL Fly Reel. We are proud of the craftsmanship and quality of our products and offer a 12 months warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

·        Faulty workmanship: Any defects in the construction or assembly of the fly reel.

·        Defective components: Failures of materials or parts under normal use due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.

Warranty Services

If your Elite XL Fly Reel is found to have defects covered under this warranty, DNA Fishing Tackle will, at its discretion:

·        Repair the faulty part(s), or

·        Replace the defective component(s) with new or refurbished parts, or

·        Replace the entire reel with an equivalent model if repair is not feasible.

Warranty Exclusions

·        Normal wear and tear.

·        Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, fading, or corrosion caused by improper care.

·        Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper maintenance.

·        Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, sand ingress, or saltwater corrosion due to lack of cleaning and maintenance.

·        Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or disassembly of the reel.

·        Damage caused by incorrect storage or transport.
