DNA Fishing Tackle Distributors - Product Range Warranty

Thank you for choosing DNA products, proudly distributed by DNA Fishing Tackle Distributors. We provide a 12-month warranty to cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use for a range of our products, including Flies, Leaders, Tippets, and Fly Lines.

The following Terms apply:

1. Warranty Coverage
• Covers faulty workmanship and defective materials under normal recreational use for Flies, Leaders, Tippets, Fly Lines, and other applicable products.
2. Warranty Period
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
3. Warranty Services DNA Fishing Tackle Distributors will, at its discretion:
• Replace defective fly lines, flies, leaders, or tippets, or other covered items.
4. Care Guidelines To maintain the performance and longevity of your DNA products:
• Fly Lines: Rinse with freshwater after each use, especially following saltwater exposure, and store away from direct sunlight.
• Flies, Leaders, and Tippets: Store in a dry place, away from heat and moisture to prevent degradation.
5. Exclusions This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental or environmental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• Consumables such as Flies, Leaders, and Tippets are covered only for defects in materials or workmanship, not for wear from regular use.
6. Claims Process
• Contact our customer service at info@dnafishingtackle.com with proof of purchase.
• If requested, ship the product for inspection (shipping costs covered by the customer).
7. Australian Consumer Law This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
