Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We ask you to select your purchase carefully, as we are not obliged to offer refunds for change of mind. If you do change your mind, please contact us to discuss the situation, as we are always happy to work with customers to provide a practical solution.
However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if the item has a major issue, such as:
An issue that would have prevented you from buying the item had you been aware of it.
- The product is unsafe.
- The product is significantly different from its sample image or description.
- The product fails to perform as described and cannot be easily repaired.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the item and our determination of your claim for replacement, repair, or refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a few days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, making it suitable for resale.
Return postage fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser and at your cost. We will provide the return shipping address at the time of approval to resolve the issue.
All returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service with a signature on delivery. DNA Fishing Tackle Distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage. For this reason, we strongly recommend that the sender purchases shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
Any product purchased that is on sale, marked down in retail price, or classified as DISCONTINUED is not eligible for a refund. Such items may be eligible for exchange only of equal value.
A 10% restocking fee may be deducted before any refund is issued.
